After researching counter arguments and arguments for it, I'm lowk confused. One paper showed that rft training benefits (increases in IQ) are non existent when you have a healthy sample who don't have intellectual disabilies like autism or adhd, while some still show benefits when you have a healthy sample, then this one paper saying that "omfg we have 24 iq point increases on average, and maximum 40 point increases in iq from RFT training" turns out to have researchers who have shares in a company who specializes in RFT shit, though various different researchers/sources came to similar conclusions when it comes to increments in IQ. One notable source stated theres a far transfer effect towards general planning/strategic mapping shit with rft training showing that it may not be training you for stuff seen on an IQ test while in contrast something like daul n back doesn't have this effect so it shows rft training to be promising . So with all this being said, im confused whether this is a waste or not.
