You should probably get jaw surgery and CCW first you look downgrown, then get rhino, since your underlying bone structure has to adjust to your lower third first

es I'm at 18% bf will lean out do everything first then will plan surgery like fillers chin/jaw with rhino or something else like under eye and upper fat graft with some i thought rhino alone can ascend me but it can make me look worse cause it's of whole anatomy

yeah i'd say fix your bite issues and lower third, then think of rhino, go to a good orthodontist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, they can help you, during this time work on fixing yr skin too, and eyebrows and gymmax

yeah, go to an orthodontist, and don't get your teeth taken out and make sure to tell them that you do not want to narrow your palate and if expanding it is possible then do it, i kinda made more space for my tongue when i got my aligners
