Yeah I'm wondering too. When I see rhino results on these super big noses they are usually on the bigger side afterwards. Even for females.

This after photo is 6 months post surgery, so maybe still some swelling.

But I don't know if it's just conservative surgeon (maybe there's extra risk to make them small).

Or maybe these cases have high post rhinoplasty growth.

But I don't know.

I think surgeons are just shit at doing it , i see some good results but most are huge dildo noses and scares me from doing it tbh
