Im 15 yrs old my nose is a big failo its large boulbus and completly fucks my face up i also happen to have a deviated septum ive been begging my parents for a septoplasty combined with a rhino if anyone has tips on how i can convince them to let me have the surgery then i would very much like to hear them

you need a doctor to recommend it to you my moms friends daughter had a septoplasty and she asked the surgeon to make her tip a bit more upturned but i asked her why not a full rhino and she said that you needed to pay for a rhino since the septo is payed by our countries health care
