I tought bimax was for jaw and lefort for maxilla

Get rhino after. Bimax can potentially change the angle at which your nose sits, making the bridge look more convex.

bimax means double jaw surgery( bimaxillary), lefort is the name for upper jaw cut/surgery

after, because lefort can affect the soft tissue of your nose

most surgeons recommend that you either wait a couple months to do it, or do both procedures together

Good point getting it months after is smarter after all

In general, I think smaller surgeries should come after bigger surgeries.

Hard to predict every single effect of a big surgery.

For example, this study shows that bimax resolves eye and lip canting about 12 months after operation:

I'd apply the same principle to the nose.
