After esp if you get lefort 1 because the nose will slightly change. Just look at the anatomy of a lf1 procedure you'll see what I mean

I had mine done before, because it was just the nose tip. Was the right choice IMO because it takes AGES for the swelling to go down (so the swelling could go down while I was waiting for Bimax).

Yes, my nose changed a bit after Bimax, but not nearly enough to warrant a revision.

Bimax, Genio, cheekbone implants - Dr. Reinald Kühle, Kopfklinik Heidelberg, 0€ (public healthcare).

I'm currently in recovery from Bimax, can't judge yet because of swelling. I did get a blackpilled surgery on public healthcare but I posted it in the German section only because the info is useless for USAcels.

My midface was medically recessed, so my nose tip got droopy and wasn‘t projected at all. Surgeon says he removed 50% of the cartilage. Neither one of my parents have a droopy nose tip, so I assume it‘s not genetic, it was just because my nasal bones were underdeveloped.

I talked to surgeons in the 3 - 4k area, problem is they‘re jack of all trades surgeons while this surgeon only does noses. I am a moneymaxxed software dev, the result was more important than the price. Result was perfect directly after surgery, but it will take a long time to heal because I have very thick skin (will likely take 1 year or more).

Good plan, I can‘t really advise much because it‘s just „do the best you can and hope for the best“. I will never be Chad, maybe I‘ll reach HTN, but I just did the best I could as fast as I could.

Yea, but tbh I think if you are doing basic surgeries and have a clear plan you should get the results you want

I think I could reach high chadlite with Bimax and rhino, my soft features colouring and eye area are carrying me rn
