Rhino before Trimax?

so I’m planning to get trimax in the near future, but I’m also a nosecel with a bulbous nose and wide bridge, I look so goofy in pictures I don’t even want to look at my self.

Anyways, If I get my nose done first, will my nose post rhino be affected by the trimax?

You should do a rhinoplasty after trimax.

Lefort 1 advancement will cause alar base widening and upturning of the nasal tip.

Wait and do it after soft tissues from trimax are settled and swelling has fully dissipated.

It’ll take a couple years before I get trimax so I thought in the meanwhile I could save up for just rhino and get it before I kms.
