Rhino before Trimax

i plan getting Trimax in late 2028 since its so much money, but i think i will able to afford rhinoplasty next June, my nose shape is bad and rhino will genuinely ascend my nose.
The problem is i heard when i get trimax i have to paid for rhino again.
Thoughts?

Depends if you have to advance the maxilla or not.

Or assymetry, as the nose often gets pushed slightly to one side for assymetry correction. So its both about forward and side to side and even up and down or rotation movements. Not worth doing rhino before

btw u think i can get surgery by ram?

i know he rejects people who actually dont need bimax. i want to do it for cosmetic only too. he seems best option since i dont need movements
