Rhino & Bimax Questions

Will i be able to be fully covered by insurance for a bimax and rhinoplasty. I wrote my issues down below.

Its hard to tell whether my nose looks like shit due to genetics or just my maxilla being so recessed

Is a rhino necessary or will the bimax make it look better?

-Using Invisalign and rubber bands currently
-Class 3 underbite
-Sleep apnea (sleep study soon)
-Trouble breathing
-Loud snoring
-Deviated Septum
-Recessed maxilla


My palate is already wide so idk if marpe would be necessary. I had a palate expander as a kid.
