Rhino/Buccal fat removal, what other should i get

So recently im getting buccal fat removal and rhinoplasty , I want to know what else should I get, open to any surgery, or fillers tbh, was thinking facial lipo but i dont know if thats worth or fat grafiting on infras , let me know what else should I get , in the most recent photo of the rhino im pretty bloated tbh and my front profile looks ass(16-18%) im also sharing photos where i am leaner so you can have a clear see of structure

thanks, what do you think is the main priority here? i was planning on geting filler on the gonions cause implants are expensive tbh and I will have to travel and get the best surgeon to not get botched af , and for my eyes yeah was planning on fat grafting por infras, any other thing would you recommend?
