I would go to the Arteo Klinik in Düsseldorf and ask there. They make the most impressive noses I've seen.
It will be cheaper but no one can guess the price

im happy that my nose is my ONLY flaw and that the rest (at least eyes and jaw) are above average. nose is fixable and that for a reasonable price.

Costs 3k in Sweden just to fix the tip, if you want to change your entire nose it's like 5k
