Suppose one’s nose is already straight and has a good angle etc, but from the front view is a bit too wide. Is rhino useful here or is it not worth the risk of getting botched?

Are you talking about nasal bridge width or alar base width? But yes, both are doable.

Note: Alar base reduction has a high risk of botch, and in most cases for non-black people, alarplasty is what’s required as opposed to an actual reduction in nasal bridge width.

I was thinking both. I’m white but my nose looks a little wide mostly when I smile.

So if the lower portion of my nose is what’s wide, I need alarplasty, not rhinoplasty, correct? And alarplasty is also risky aesthetically?

You have a bulbous tip and overly wide alar base, probs - if you can PM a pic i’d be happy to help

Idk the risk of botch, alarplasty (all forms of surgeries for the nose tbh) is one of the most often botched surgeries but it’s still ~10%.

If you can’t afford to pay to go to a top surgeon (italians, for example, are obscenely expensive) i would advise against doing so until you have the finances available.
