Have I ascended? I am 2 weeks post op. My nose is still very swollen on the tip. I didn't get leaner tho. My leanness is still between 13 and 15 BF. I am very bloated and have edema on the nose. This is just an update. But u can see the philtrum now being a little bit larger and the new nose...
