You’re an above average looking guy. The only real flaw is your chin. Implants to the chin will help.

Your jaw is fine, but you can still improve it with implants.

you can get a Complex Rhinoplasty with Nasal Tip Involvement. but its really not that bad

unless u have the $$$ and you know a really good surgeon then dont bother

If I was you I would fix the chin and then decide if rhinoplasty its worth it.
