Rhino question

I'm getting rhino for my subhuman nose that needs a lot of work, but the doctor is choosing to do closed rhino instead of open rhino. Is that a red flag?

alar base narrowing, bridge narrowing, bridge elongation, and tip projection.

If he actually agreed to do all that? Ya. It sounds like it needs to be way more invasive if you’re trying to overhaul ur nose. Unless you didn’t communicate all your needs/goals to the surgeon sufficiently. I’d *at least* fucking ask him why, rather than post here .
