Close female friend just had rhinoplasty done. Anyone have any tips for recovery past the common recommendations?

always keep your head elevated for 2-3 weeks also don’t looks down because the bleeding gets worse. Also make sure you listen to the doctors on what painkillers and sleeping pills to take and don’t forget don’t judge results early you face and nose will be swollen for 3 months and you will usually see the finals results at 9-12 months depending on your skin nose thickness

Also avoid sneezing at all cost open your mouth and somehow try to supress it

Also make sure to buy eyes drops or ask for them in the hospital after surgery to reduce irritation and swelling around the eyes also ice pack whenever you can hope this helps and have a good recovery
