rhino revision + genio for $21,000 or rhino alone for $12,000?

Any advice or opinions? Either custom genio + rhinoplasty revision for $21,000 or just rhio revision for $12,000. If rhino only I would get genio or chin implant later when I get the rest of my implants (jaw, paranasal, zygo, infraorbital, supraorbital, possibly forehead). Currently have silicone chin implant, so genio wouldn't be a huge change. Rhino revision is more pressing as my nose is fucking terrible:

Yes, that's what revision rhinoplasty is. And because the implant results are sub-optimal.

Yes, rhino + genio is Ramieri and Marianetti, rhino alone would be Erkan Soylu. The reason not rhino alone with Marianetti is that his wait list is 1.5 years if you don't have surgery with Ramieri.

Yeah, I'm not completely sold on the idea. His "regular" genio is $8k, so for $2k more if there's some small amount of improvement or extra height + projection over the regular, I'll take it. But it's why I ask. It seems like if I get all those other implants, genio or chin implant probably won't add $9k on top of it.

$12k for a complex revision by a rhinoplasty specialist is definitely not overpriced, and, no, it's either Italy or Turkey.

Why did first rhino go wrong? I think genioplasty is better than implant cause its more custom and you can get both horizontal+vertical advancement if you need it + it's your own bone.

Because the surgeon sucked and it was 21 years ago when outdated techniques were not yet outdated. I agree about genio, but at the time information was much harder to come by and types of surgeons doing rhinoplasty weren't doing genioplasty, and just being able to get any surgery seemed like a miracle to me.
