i only have like 2k rn

only 1 surgon so far ill look for more the cheapest i can find

im gonna have to make my own money

this is good tho it has given me motivation

i could get septo for free here but i need rhino as well

i could get septo for free and id only have to pay for rhino

so i could wait and get surgery here the waiting list is 4-6 months or i will find my own surgeons i think ill do that
