Yea sadly i was a ortho baby trying to get more forward growth with a few supplements hgh maxxing and other stuff not sure if itll pay off as i hope it will
Also do you think i should get it slightly more upturned for a little more projection? i think thatll make my area above my lips look slightly bigger from the front which i think will be good aswell

They usually change the external shape of the nose if it’s deviated from the outside as well as the inside, that’s why you see a lot of people with normal straight noses that have a deviated septum, for people with severely crooked noses, sometimes changing the outside may be needed to allow proper airflow in and out (ventilation/inspiration & expiration)

My nose isnt noticable crooked from the front but from the side it is so that can be a sign of deviation but my surgeon is gonna straighten my front nose and make my new nose straight or a little upturned but ima request some definition in the front because he implied that usually people only get a nosejob once in theyre life because of some bone i forgot but he said to make sure im happy that i can show him pictures of the kind of nose i want. he also rated my deviation a 6/10
Mine is noticable from the front and side, like I have a bump fucking sticking out from one side of my nose. I have an ENT appointment soon but I’m still figuring out what to say. The size of my nose is fine it’s just crooked and has a subhuman bump on the side
Itll prob take 6-9 months till your surgery if you do get it ent appt takes a while but the surgeon appt takes like 2 months then another 4-7 months for the actual surgery. Mines planned in june but i might push it back bc im getting a palate expander

Im in california getting it done at kaiser permanent yea my surgeon seemed pretty nice if your nose is crooked say you broke it. Its more of a better chance also say when you workout or sleep you cant breathe well.
