Rhino vs hydrocortisone

Should I get a rhino or try hydrocortisone? I haven’t been doing anything looks related until recently as I’m very new to the entire thing. I’ve seen some good results others have supposedly had from it but it could just be cope.. if I can afford the rhino I feel like it would be the best option

you can refine the nosetip with filler or get it done permanently with rib or ear cartilage.
