This would be my plan, but variations could be just as good if not better. It'll depend on your expectations and the artistry & preferences of your surgeon.
Anyway, unless your front profile reveals a whole different problem, you will probably undergo a standard rhino with tip plasty.

The price range is quite wide, and can fluctuate significantly, as Turkish nose specialists have been inflating their prices due to high demand (from foreign foids). For a primary rhino with no unusual feat, and with a good surgeon, expect to pay anywhere between $4K and $8K. There are probably outliers on both ends of the spectrum, but, if it were me, I would neither cheapen out nor support the greediest surgeons.

I don't know your esthetic expectations, so it's a bit of a shot in the dark, but here's a morph :

As @sherry12 noticed in the post above mine, there are bigger fishes to fry, or should I say other fishes to fry (as improving your nose is most likely a necessary step).

Namely :
- grafting fat to your supraorbitals, as the hollowness seems pronounced, thus causing severe upper eyelid exposure
- advancing your chin (genioplasty) and/or mandible (BSSO) + augmenting vertical projection of the chin in the same movement

If your eyebrows are constantly as high set as shown on this picture, you may consider having botox injected in your frontalis muscle, as an attempt to lower the brow.
