I didn’t wear sunscreen back then cause i was retarded.

Sunscreen, tinted spf, low sodium diet, no processed foods at all, lots of electrolytes.

The skincare routine that I responded to the other guy before.

Remember that PIE and skin irritation is reactive, so don’t eat inflammatory foods and stay hydrated and moisturized at all times

Vichy 89 mineral moisturizer. It’s not cheap but it’s the best I’ve tried.

I’ve literally tried over 6 different moisturizers, beef tallow is good but this one is goated
