Ill keep posting progression on my progress with my rhinoplasty, sorry for the low effort post since I've been off very little sleep. My next surgery will most likely be orbital lateral widening for my pfl and implants, looking at myself is almost unbearable right now, I'm just hoping this surgery is actually worth it, I also attached a before picture as well. I will list bellow what im currently taking for recovery.

Bpc 157
Tb 500
Ghk Cu
Test Cyp (TRT)
Glutathione IM
Arnica Montana
Astaxanthin
Fish oil
Melatonin
Magnesium
L-theanine
GABA
pain meds

unironically hydrocortisone helps a shit

“So did this 1 more time for about 8 days around the 1 month mark after the first time.

I had a lot of edema above the tip(my nose is more turkish style). So I wanted to try and flush it by placing the hydrocortisone a bit above the tip on top of the pooled fluid. This flushed the fluids effectively and they did not return once gone.

I saw my rhinoplasty surgeon a few weeks after... and he went on and on about how well I healed. Saying it looked like I was 3-6 months post op more then I was and that I was easily in the top 1% of cases. He really was in disbelief and kept going back to it.

I did not mention I had used Hydrocortisone. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

who does lateral orbital widening.
Coupled that with lateral drill hole cantoplasty sounds nice.
WHat is the cost?
Who is the surgeon?

Makes sense, rhinoplasty surgeons also do steroid injections usually in the tip to reduce the long term swelling. That might be something ill look into, thanks.

It's not.

But I did that idk like 6-7 months after the op. I also have high collagen regeneration, thick skin. It's not something you should do to early either, because the swelling and inflation provides some functional properties in the healing process.

I see, how far down post op would u recommend starting? I just got my cast removed today and swelling is quite bad, i also had also of scar tissue and very thick skin.
