just got my first hardmax done, got my nose straightened, uplifted, and narrowed (had to get a cartilage transplant from my rib for all of this) for 1k in pakistan by a surgeon who’s a family friend.
the swelling and pain is so brutal for the first couple days, it felt like i’ve got stabbed and i looked like a monster, day 4 now and my swellings pretty much gone, ill be getting my cast off soon too will update

Im doing rhino in Nov what should I expect?
