It did change; the nose is overly rotated up so in the healing phase that is 6 months 1 year it will eventually settle down let’s say 1-3mm of tip drop, however I highkey love how it looks rn, I was looking for a button nose with a straight bridge

it would have still affected his nose tho. The point of a bimax is to make the upper jaw forward. The trajectory if his nose would have been straighter forsure. He could have just gotten bimax, healed for a year, then get rhino afterwards.
