Rhinoplasty first and then genioplasty?

Will the nose change if i get the genioplasty like 2 years later?
And does a genioplasty raise hyoid skin or do i need maxilla movement for that?

can't afford them both rn im a student but im getting rhino since i literally have worse nose than fucking gandy. I also need genio tbh my chin is recessed but its nowhere near as brutal as nose.

if ur nose is very overprojected it probably indicates deficiency in maxilla. good luck bhai.

If you need both genio and rhino to look right then a jaw surgery will likely solve your problem.

nah its just genetics i got the exact nose of one of my parents but they got nose job lol
