You probably can ( For what I remember, bimax has an impact on the muscles around the nose, making the nose 'drop' a little bit. So no impact on the nasal bridge deviation). But that's something to ask to the surgeon for sure.
Anyway, you should do bimax > Septo + rhino. 2surgery instead of 3.

Bimax can widen the nose and give your nostirls a flared look

You avoid this (I believe) by asking your surgeon about an alar cinch stitch before your surgery

Also request morphs done by the surgeon and specifically ask for this

You make a list of all your concerns on a piece of paper and just consult with the surgeon. For the nose issue you can say, I have read that this surgery can alter the shape of nose and nostrils, does stitching the nose beforehand help?

Nice. Not nice that you have it but nice that no surgeon would deny that. I have the same issue. Big overbite and overjet, hoping to get approved as well with no complications

I Will get this checked soon buddyboyo. I'm Hoping its fucking severe so i dont have to argue with cucked dentists/orthos/surgeons

It looks severe anyway. My face still has some harmony but this would ascend me hard if done right

you shouldn't have trouble getting approved if you have 5mm+
