Rhinoplasty Help

Crushed my nose fighting and now has a rightward deviation and left nostril not working.

Went to see surgeon today, he was confident about fixing my nasal problem but couldn't guarantee that he could reshape my nose correctly to what it used to be.

As there is a chunk missing from the circled area, he suggested getting tissue (or something like that) from another part of my nose to fill in the broken piece.

Just curious has anybody experienced something like this before getting rhino or have any recommendations? I don't understand why he can't guarantee my nose to be fixed correctly
