Post b4 & after I guarantee there’s hardly any difference, men need a wider face not a small nose. Bigger nose is dimorphism so why would you shrink it?

its hard to get a succesful rhino for men since you need to sculpt a natural looking straight nose with a sharp tip, most of the time it looks bad idk why
but for women it almost always looks good unless they request some shitty looking upturned nose, just make it concave and smaller

Yeah foids do rhinos all the time which is another reason it’s a bad idea to get it as a male. The surgeon will just give you a feminine nose because that’s all he knows how to do day in day out.

If your nose is big as a man you probably as better off improving your chin oe jaw to balance it off rather than reducing your nose
