It is easy to fix with a Penis extender, both girth and length. Just takes quite some time depending on how much of volume is needed.

I can't help but notice that the tip looks too small for your nose bridge now, it looks odd, I don't think you even needed to reduce it that much, the main problem was your alar base being too wide for your mouth, also it kinda looks like your nose is now flatter.

Thick skin rhino has a ridiculously long healing process- even now at 3 months post op there’s significant swelling but I feel it’s a significant improvement and it should improve more over the coming months still so I’m happy with it
