I have considered it but Ramieri specifically advised me against it and I’m very cautious to go against the advise of someone who’s considered one of the top blackpilled surgeons on this board

My lack of chin height is more apparent in pics from a distance than close up selfies

But I must admit it’s a bit of a mind fuck how certain things can ascend you in one pic but n it another - that’s why I make like 100s of morphs from all different angles and distances to be certain it’ll acsend me


In the case of genio- it ascends me pretty hard in certain pics from a distance but seems to depends on the tit of my head, in any case, I haven’t found any pics where more chin height made me look worse, it seemed to either ascend or just have no difference

In these selfies when I tried it it was just a negligible differnece but from a distance it was more of an ascenion

Front matters way more so if you’re only changing profile the SMV gain won’t be that much, depends if it’s your only failo or if you have other failos that are more pressing to address

1st pic before and 2nd pic after rhino? 2nd pic looks worse though? terrible result imo and your nose is not even an issue or not a huge thing bbecause you have a good wide jawline. It's a manly nose but the 2nd pic looks terrible regardless. Now your nose just has too much bulk to it and is the center of attention whereas before it was suited to your face and one with harmony, now it just stands out and looks bad. @TRUE_CEL is this really the best rhino can do? what an absolute disaster.

It is easy to fix with a Penis extender, both girth and length. Just takes quite some time depending on how much of volume is needed.

Adrien Brody is fucking ugly man’, why tf do people use him as an example lmfao. And also rhinoplasty is different for everyone. What works for one won’t work for someone else.

Did not damage anything for me. Grew 0.5 cm in 500 hours. Unfortunately, i have no more time for this shit, since it is too painful and slow. But if you are legit dickcel, you CAN grow it, and it will work as it worked before, but bigger

Yeah that’s how I feel too

I had a good features before but whenever I took a pic I always felt like my nose was so big and bulbous it was the first thing your eyes were drawn too

Now my nose just looks normal- not overly feminine but not some big bulbous thing so when you see a pic of me my cheekbones, jawline and almond eyes are what you notice more.

In fairness the nose probably wasn’t failoiing me as much irl as it was in pics (confirmed by PSLers I met irl). But it’s nice to take frontal selfies atleast and look human in them- and I’m almost sure I’ve noticed an increase in IOIs recently but I’ve done other softmaxxes too so it’s hard to say how much was the nose specifically

I told him to do alar base reduction and thin the bridge but I emphasised fixing the bulbous tip was the main thing and the alar base+ bridge was more an auxiliary change. There was also a tiny dorsal hump in my profile I had removed - this was more of a bonus since I was having rhino anyway as the profile already looked good - the bump was so tiny I could only see it giga upclose pics.

Overall I feel like I got a 6-7/10 result, I’m happy it suits my face overall a lot more now and my other good features draw more attention- I do think the surgeon was just a bit conservative with how much he thinned the bridge , but having said that I have wide IPD so I guess thinning the bridge too much could’ve made that failo look worse

The nose is also slightly short looking in profile now after the dorsal bump reduction- I’m hoping as the tissues drop and the swelling subsides it won’t look as short in profile. Right now I still think my profile looks slightly worse than before but the front looks way better and obviously front matters way more+ the swelling is more evident in profile for longer and I have thick skin so final result isn’t until 1 year post op

Also it’s a lot better to have a surgeon who leaves a little bit of looks on the table than one who pushes it too far and gives you an uncanny result

Some people said it was just a small improvement some people said it was a big improvement - I feel like the amount of ascension is very debatable but it defo does look better now- and it’s very swollen- full results take one year

I’m not sharing them publicly here though I know enough Blackpillers I talk to privately who know what they’re talking about etc

Nose is the central feature of the face. Crooked is NOT attractive. Yes, indeed, there are some men who look good with crooked noses, they look good DESPITE them. In ANY type of scenario, a straight nose with the proportionate tip is GOOD. And everything else is subpar. As to how many SMV points it takes away, who knows. Some noses on males are just hideous. This guy's was not as bad, so his improvement is not as big.
