rhinoplasty- making nasal base wider and nose tip slimmer to achieve "triangle nose"

basically title
so i genetically got really tight nasal base and my nose bridge is uneven
it basically means that i could never comfortably breath through my nose however im soon getting rhino to fix that and i need reference
can i ask surgeon to achieve nose like this or that would just be too much and look fake and looking fake is last thing i want

so basically would this tip reduction+ widening of nasal base look fake on me?

Exactly. My nose is also protruded forward much more than optimal and I'm not sure if this is fixable at all. Meaning, if optimal is Kilimanjaro mine is Everest.

I think you'll need grafts for that, which at the same time means that there should be little chance of having a gay fake looking result since you add volume rather than reducing it

good chance you'll get denied alot since it's a complicated surgery and there's not much wrong with your nose visually

i will get nose job regardless i was told by doctors my nose is too tight and im alergic to grass and cats

dont reduce your nose too much, it will turn into Ken Doll. better slightly to big at the tip than too small

The entirety of it. Sounds subhuman but it's not really, it's just a failo that is prolly not fixable. You can shorten the nose and it will still work but you can't flatten (else it'd be wide open). Maybe I'm wrong though.

I have no clue how exactly this kind of nose is called or its characteristics. Here's the drawing to make it easier:

My nose is the one on the right at my pic. Not bulbous like the girl's pre-op, and certainly not that projected. Simply bit too large which makes it impossible to have the triangle nose OP posted because the foundation of the nose would have to be much wider than on the pics. To make it right, I would need to reduce the projection (I'm using the term you use, hopefully you get what I mean).

Seems like it is indeed possible based on the pic. Didn't know that. Great yo.
