good idea, truly wishing you the best. And people will definately notice it but since it'd be such a great change you'd have nothing to be ashamed of and i'm sure you wouldn't get any shit from anyone about it. People are only against cosmetic surgery when it doesn't turn out well or the person didn't need it in the first place. Much love OP
