RHINOPLASTY OR NOT

So I’ve been offered a free rhinoplasty. The doctor said I only need septoplasty (which doesn’t change shape) but he said he can do rhinoplasty for free. My parents saying no but I’m 18 and it’s free. I want honest opinions, should I get it? Images linked.

PS if I do get it, how small should I go? Shall I just tell him to keep it as natural as possible but make it thinner?
