So I’ve been offered a free rhinoplasty. The doctor said I only need septoplasty (which doesn’t change shape) but he said he can do rhinoplasty for free. My parents saying no because it’s invasive and they saying there’s no need cus my nose looks fine but I’m 18 and it’s free, and it would look better thinner. I want honest opinions, should I get it? PS if I do get it, how small should I go? Shall I just tell him to keep it as natural as possible but make it thinner?
