Rhinoplasty Post-op care (taping)

I've been reading that taping your nose after the cast is removed helps to prevent scar tissue accumulation for subhuman bulbous noses. What are your guy's thoughts on this? Should I continue taping throughout the day or just at night?

they didnt change the tip of the nose at all

That's a bad result, kinda demotivating to me. They should have changed your alar base.

As stated before, I have subhuman thick skinned nose, you can't just magically turn it into pointy tipped European nose. Google thick skin rhino before after. Also that pic is 1 week after surgery, it takes 6 months for the tip to settle down so it will get thinner just not amazingly so.

That's a bad result, kinda demotivating to me. They should have changed your alar base.
