I'd say yes even though your nose is not a falio imo, however a smaller eurocentric nose would harmonize better with your other features, but you can be the judge of that. Turkey would unironically be a good choice as they're used to dealing with thick skin and larger MENA type noses, would be 3 - 10k depending on surgeon.
