Hey guys this is going to be my second hardmax. I just got back from my rhinoplasty consultation and booked it for December 16th. He is doing an alar base reduction, tip reduction, and radix graft.
The radix and bridge graft is gonna help my eyes look less wide set and fix my sunken radix.
The total came out to be $7,865 which is nice bc I saved 10k+

Expensive + I would need to get my teeth decompensated for a year. That’s what I’m planning next and my parents know about it.

What the fuck is it with this site and assuming people who are clearly 80/20 softmaxxed, if not more, haven’t done a single god damn thing??? I mean jfl the kid’s got clear skin isn’t morbidly obese and has a full long head of hair what more do you want?

It’s not like muh muh autistic softmaxxing is going to change the fucking cartilage of his nose either jfl why wait?

If you think THIS is “not even doing the bare minimum” I fucking shiver at the thought of the pure and utter revulsion you must feel whenever you go to the local big box store and see the hulking 500 pound unwashed unkempt gigasubhumans lumbering around there

Are you even a real person??? Like seriously

This site man smh my smh

Did the surgeon say that your radix was missing? How did your surgeon parse your face? Is the cartilage the stuff they take out in reducing the alar?

My surgeon did a VECTRA scan and recommended I get a radix graft in the initial consultation. He didn’t say it was missing just low and recessed. He is also doing an alar and nose tip reduction but taking cartilage out of the septum for the radix graft.

1. My first hardmax was an 8mm genioplasty bc my chin was really recessed.
2. 8k isn’t a lot but I’ve worked as a lifeguard for 2 summers while reselling clothes on depop.
3. I was looking at maybe a medial epicanthoplasty bc obviously if I get OBO it’s gonna be my mid to late 20s. Also the radix graft is gonna define my bridge so my eyes appear closer set as well as my nose being smaller can also help with that illusion.

I’m 18. Should I get jaw and chin filler in a month before I go to college with the couple thousand I have left?

yh im 18 too and considering buying some filler and doing it myself on chin and gonions, those areas are both easy and not complicated so id say its higher roi than getting it done somewhere

where did u get the money for all this have u just been wageslaving or smt else

also bonesmashing has gotten me more chin projection btw i reccomend it, tho idk if its safe to do after a genioplasty ?

I don’t really want to DIY it bc poor placement means more migration. I lifeguard and resell clothes. Also do you use a hammer or fists?

You think? I don't think nose can make illusions like that. What's convinced you?

and recommended I get a radix graft in the initial consultation
You would really benefit if you can do something about your 'bidental protrusion'. It's making you look chimpish. And the principle of the 2% is legit "don't be a chimp theory". In jaw surgery you can choose between bringing your jaws outward which might make you look like a dog because your brow is very short for the space that your jaws occupy, or you can bring the teeth backward with a special type of bimax. In either case you ought to address your bidental protrusion.

Yeah my mom is down with me getting a consultation for a maxofacial surgeon in a bit. Would my rhinoplasty with the radix graft still benefit me? I’m pretty sure my radix is recessed and it can benefit my eye area

Next looksmaxxers would be as u do it rhino, then arguably Chin Filler, myb Jaw implants all though filler would be enough at First and use lemon bottle on urself. Also jst Loose weight and lean down to 10%bf and do those Basic soft/fraud/colourmaxxes
U have much potential

U could do some for Ur eyes and zygo filler too

Wow! I measured. That's a powerful optical illusion. You know you have a point. This is an OLD morph. I can remember seeing this in 2018. This was in FACEandlMS's WAW 6 before it got nuked from YouTube.

This is giving me something to think about.

not sure if I can achieve something like that with just a radix graft but I’m assuming it could help. At the very least it’ll improve my radix projection and position from the side

mirin now im interested in how old you are

You shouldn't do rhinoplasty prior to jaw surgery. Maybe if its mandible only you can get away with it but anything like lefort def should not do before.

Proper radix graft will make eyes look closer. You get added cope benefit of in people(mostly asians) with very deep/flat radix it adds some tension to medial canthus and can pull it a very minor amount. Only works if your very flat as a base line, and its still very minor effect.
Would the radix graft benefit me then? I’m not sure if my radix is recessed but I’m assuming it is bc that’s what my surgeon recommended. I’m not sure if I just need a bsso or a Lefort, that can only be determined after my teeth are unflared.
