Epicanthoplasty is my suggestion too. Those can't be too expensive or risky, but I don't know enough about it besides that they do them all the time in Korea.

But, In the snapchat photo, "All of this for a MTB" of you with the bloody bandage over your nose, the epicanthal folds don't look so severe. How about that?

clear skin and not being morbidly obese are expected in every single person who “looksmaxes” and that’s the bare minimum, the kid has shit coloring, horrid physique, super asymmetric. I’m not saying he shouldn’t get a rhino, but if he is spending 7k on surgeries before even doing things that can be fixed without surgery.

Hey guys this is going to be my second hardmax. I just got back from my rhinoplasty consultation and booked it for December 16th. He is doing an alar base reduction, tip reduction, and radix graft.
The radix and bridge graft is gonna help my eyes look less wide set and fix my sunken radix.
The total came out to be $7,865 which is nice bc I saved 10k+
