I had a septoplasty in 2024 that's made my nose tip droop and a hump formed so now I need a rhinoplasty as correction. Do you guys think the surgeon is correct in a rib graft being required to correct the cartilidge loss?

Anyone whos good with side and front profile ratios does this improve my mouth to nose width, nasal side angle?

I'm 23 and my parents want me to move out, I might just not tell them I'm going until Ive gone and done it tbh lie about a trip abroad with my friends ane come back with a broken nose

My mandible isnt that bad in overall length but yes I have a skeletal underbite. The rhino would still improve my looks a bit

underbite is a very bad feature, your upper maxilla cant even get fixed without implants even if u have lf1

It's impossible to create a perfect simulation of a projected maxilla for your front lol.

The maxilla affects your whole appearance, the reason why your face looks recessed even from the front is because of the maxilla, your cheeks looking bloated (can be due to other reasons but in ur case, the maxillary recession contributes to it) and so on

My lower jaw upswung and made me look more recessed - when I was 17 I looked less recessed because my lower jaw was more downswung. age pill I guess - I look like shit compared to how I looked back then facially

Your lower jaw didn't upswing, it just developed slightly more, more than 90% of the development was already done

An underbite is basically called "maxillary retrusion and/or mandibular prognathism.
