My nose is obviously fucked so im going to get a rhino. Im already planned for a intake and took care of my insurance to cover the rhinoplasty.. this is whats gonna happen;
septoplasty and turbinoplasty (medical)
Fix bulbous tip and downturned tip (cosmstical)
Now my question for you guys is if I should do dorsal convexity shaving aswell or not because I think doing the tipcorrection alone to a 90* angle would keep my nose masculine and keep it the most natural (i could be wrong)
Other options is ofcourse shaving my dorsal and upturning my nosetip drastically together but it will look more feminine
