Rhinoplasty vs the cause

I'm not too sure about this but if we think logically rhinoplasty can be a wrong decision in a lot of cases, like stay with me now but a lot of the times forward growth, bonemass, lower face development and chin projection makes your nose appear longer and our nose structure is most of the times decided by your maxillary development.

Fixing your nose with rhinoplasty can make it appear better but it's really not fixing what caused it
