Rhinoplasty with Dr. Dogan Pinar

I am about to schedule a rhinoplasty with Dr. Dogan Pinar in Turkey. How do I maneuver around the language barrier. All I need to do is get from the airport in Turkey to the hotel and from the hotel to the hospital and back. I assume I'd have to use uber or lyft for that if that is even a thing they use in Turkey.
