i’m 4 weeks out from a rhino.

Currently running:
200mg test/wk
20mg anavar/day

Should I:

• taper test to TRT?
• stay on lightly to not be flat?

Anyone done surgery while on gear what’s the safest + best aesthetic strategy?
Im gonna 100% stop anavar pre surgery but just wondering what's safest play
