way too thin, I hope you’re moneymaxxed because you have a lot of procedures you need. You should definitely do the rhino and lip fillers aswell to start with easier things. Then i’d look into jaw fillers or bone shaving because your asymmetry is insane. I’m not gonna bother saying orbital box osteotomy because even though it’d help i’m sure you won’t do it because it’s fucking terrifying.

tbf i guess cameras do people wrong fs but the assymetry seems very glaring here, i was going a little ham with bone shaving but id def look into just jaw fillers because its much calmer

eye color eye shape jaw definition and just a very strong mandible , i forgot to say but something really easy to do that’ll help you is dying your eyebrows and growing them. Look on this site for some tips on that

To illustrate your suggestions :

From 0.42 Eye Separation Ratio to 0.45 (within ideal range).
I also pinned the left ear and added a red-pink tinge to the lips (maybe it came out a bit gay-ish, but you get the idea).

That said, OBO is definitely out of a realistic plan.
I'd stick to a rhino with a wider bridge (too thin = feminine and wouldn't fit well in your broad face @kubs123 ), fillers to correct the chin & jawline, and maybe an otoplasty for the left ear if it's as flared as in this picture. The lip lift is optional imo.
You could artificially increase your ESR by adopting a longer hairstyle that would cover the sides of your face (particularly around the cheekbones).

In terms of ROI, I’d rank it like this:

1. Rhinoplasty
2. Mole removal
3. Jaw asymmetry correction

The suggestions about a lip lift or other procedures don’t really seem relevant here.


Personally, I’d go ahead with the rhino and mole removal, but I wouldn’t bother with the jaw correction.


If you did want to look into the jaw, it’s worth checking out Dr. Emanuele Zavattero—he had a syndrome case a couple of years ago where he corrected a similar (though more severe) asymmetry.


Overall, most of the other suggestions don’t seem particularly well thought out.
