i plan to get a rhinoplasty in about 2 years if i can save properly. i included the original current pictures, markups, and a more detailed picture that chatgpt created. dont mind how it changed the rest of my face. the main goal was to kind of shrink my nose and slightly change the angle. do you think this would ascend me? even slightly, i know everything else needs work which i am working on. but for the nose, is this worth it? and are procedures like these usually very expensive? i was hoping to only spend around 12-15k

You can get a decent surgeon in America for 15k. But you still need to vet them a lot to makesure they are actually good.
