Rhinoplasty

I should get plastic surgery for my nose, I bet that will make a huge difference. Except I need 5500 for the procedure and 1000 for the ticket to turkey. If I save for 9 months I'll have 7000 something which is just enough for the procedure.

but yea nose is super important as a male

try to get a nose similar to vinnie hacker and don't get too feminine nose
look up how vinnie nose looks n shit
