Rib flare and abs

So how do I minimise rib flare and also get stronger abs because summers coming up (js turned 15 and started puberty)
 

do this for 10-15 minutes a day consistently for about 3 months. reduced mine significantly. DO NOT skip a day. Also make sure correct your breathing and posture if you haven't, make sure you don't breathe in short, quick breaths but rather long slow stomach breaths, and correct your anterior pelvic tilt if you have one. Also do 6-10 sets of abs a week.

alr thanks,and yh i already have good posture and breathing so that wont be a problem
