I mildly have this I think, thank god it isnt worse but its still not good. From the side my upper chest is kinda flatter than my rib cage and abdomen and I hate it so much

I got surgery in October for my pectus and it corrected the rib flare a bit.

If you build enough muscle around it's not a huge deal from what I've seen.
