no exercise for bones you need surgery ask @Bryce he did this surgery

how old are you cuz I had sum shi where my chest was flaring out and they gave me a brace to fix it

you can train the muscles that move them, if you can hold them down by using your core you can basically walk around flexing your rib cage

I'm 18 its mostly my lower ribs, not so much my chest.
